Saturday Poll: Chairman Oyo state saw-mile timber contractor caution against violence.

The Chairman Oyo State saw-mile timber contractors, Alhaji Olajide Kabiru Olayemi has called on all the security agencies especially in Oyo State restrategiese their readiness to conduct a violence free election on Saturday.

INEC after shifting the March 11 election for the gubernatorial and and house of Assembly respectively fixed 18 March for the conduct of the elections.

Olajide uses the medium to congratulates the Emergence of the president elect Asiwaju Tinubu for emerging the winner in the February 25th presidential election, he added that election was peaceful, free and credible in Oyo state.

Alhaji Kabiru who is also the Baale ayegun oleyo of Oluyole local government said all though there has not been any issue or violence recorded in Oyo State in the previous election but it is also important to summon the security apparatus of the state to gear up in preparation of Saturday election.

Speaking with journalists at his office in ibadan, the state Chairman saw-Mile timber contractor said his administration is fully in support of the incumbent Governor of Oyo State Engr. Seyi Makinde to continue with his lofty projects and also complete his 8 years tenure.

He noted that the current administration is doing well in the area of infrastructure and human development and it is important to queue beyond a government that has delivered dividends of democracy to the people.

The Baale Ayegun while pouring encumioums on the administration of Governor Oluwaseyi Makinde also appeal to the government not to forget their promises on the deplorable nature of Oleyo road as the people of the area ready to vote and return the government party En mass at various polling unit.

He also called on the electorates at various voting units to comport themselves appropriately for peaceful conduct of elections on Saturday.
