Nigerian singer Teniola Apata, popularly known as Teni, has reacted to Innocent “2Face” Idibia’s brief but alarming call for help on social media.
The DAILY POST reported that 2Face, in a short Instagram Story shared on Wednesday, wrote simply: “Help me.”
This marked his first public comment since controversies involving him and his wife, Edo State lawmaker Natasha Osawaru, began trending online.
In response, Teni shared a video on Instagram, urging fellow artistes Timaya and Kcee to join her in stepping in. She accompanied the clip with a new message:
“2Baba, my legend—hold on, we’re on our way.”
Reports suggest that the singer’s current troubles began in the United Kingdom, where he and his wife allegedly got into a heated argument that drew police attention and resulted in 2Face’s brief arrest.
The matter resurfaced during a recent Instagram Live chat with broadcaster Daddy Freeze, where the couple were seen exchanging words on camera.
These developments have heightened public concern, with fans voicing worries over the state of the marriage and 2Face’s wellbeing
