18 year old Moses Alabi was reported to have been dead with a suicide note on the morning of August 9th 2022 over the withholding of his WAEC results.
According to family sources, the young boy checked his results and discovered that all his subjects were withheld. He became even madder when he called his friends that wrote with him in the same center and they told him that their own results were out.
The suicide note reads “WAEC has killed me”. The brother confirmed the story and recounted that his late brother kept asking “why me?”. He said his brother was an intelligent boy who took the prizes for best in mathematics and physics in the just concluded speech and prize giving day.
In another development, 28 years old, Okeke Alphonsus has drank the infamous sniper over the withholding of his WAEC results. Based in Awka, the Anambra state capital, friends confirmed the unfortunate incident this morning.
According to them, Okeke Alphonsus worked hard to raise the money he used in Registering for this year’s WAEC. It took him 2 years to save that amount from his hawking business. He has always wanted to return to school after 8 years of completing his secondary education and being unable to write the examinations due to poverty.
