Sunday Igboho Warns Security Agencies Against Attack On IPOB, Igbos, Says There Will Be Consequences

Newsie Events Media:

The popular yoruba activist and agitator for a Yoruba nation, Sunday Adeyemo, popularly called Chief Sunday Igboho, has expressed his concerns regarding the failure of relevant security agencies to do proper investigations on the invasion and attack on the country home of Barr. Ifeanyi Ejiofor, lawyer to Mazi Nnamdi Kanu.

Igboho also warned against attacks on the Indigenous People of Biafra or the East, asserting that, “We have said it before and we say it again that any attack on IPOB or the people of the East is an attack on us. We stand shoulder to shoulder with them in this battle.”

On June 6, 2021, Barr. Ejiofor had claimed in a release that a joint team of the police and army invaded his house shooting sporadically. The aftermath of the attack, he stated later, led to the killing of his personal assistant and destruction of his property.

In a statement he issued, Igboho, through his spokesman, Olayomi Koiki, said he was amazed that there had not been any reactions by the relevant agencies on the matter.

The statement read, “Chief Sunday Igboho has waited for days for a possible reaction from the relevant security agencies on the reason for the bloody and violent invasion on the Anambra State country home of Barrister Ifeanyi Ejiofor, but all to no avail.
