The Pidgeon English slogan, ”Babe wey calm down must enjoy las las” has become popular as a video of a young Nigerian couple has gone viral on social media after it highlighted the stages of their relationship from a humble start to that of ”becoming successful with lots of money”.
According to a Twitter user with the handle @AfowDAfow, who shared the post noted that any woman who stays patient with their man would eventually enjoy good times
The video showed when the lover boy finally proposed to the girl who jumped up in excitement, some other parts of the clip showed them enjoying special moments while on vacations.
Reactions by Nigerians was as usual divided. While some praised the young man for not disappointing the girl when he got money, others wondered how possible it was to keep to a woman for a long time.
