Florida Authorities identified the shooter as 37-year-old Kelvis Rodriguez Tormes.
The Orange County Sheriff’s Office accused Rodriguez Tormes of killing 22-year-old Desmond Armond Joshua Jr, who had only recently begun working at the Orlando restaurant.

This prompted Joshua to refund $40 back to the woman for the order who yelled and said she was going to get ‘her man’ as she left the restaurant.
It’s unclear how long the woman had been waiting on her order and no other details about her confrontation with Joshua were released.
The unidentified woman later came back with Rodriguez Tormes, authorities said.
Rodriguez Tormes demanded that Joshua fight him before putting the employee in a chokehold, authorities said.
A witness pulled Rodriguez-Tormes off of Joshua and Rodriguez Tormes went to his truck for his gun.
According to WKMG, Rodriguez Tormes told Joshua: ‘You got two seconds before I shoot you.’
After a scuffle, deputies say Joshua was shot in the parking lot. When authorities arrived, they found Joshua outside the restaurant suffering from a gunshot wound.
He was rushed to a local hospital where he later died.
