Pastor Mrs. Banke Taiwo Bello, the wife of the general oversee of Light Impact Church Ibadan, Oyo state capital has advised Christian youths in the world to desist from immoralities and other bad behaviours that could undermine their future progress.
Pastor Banke who is currently the recent minister of Light Impact Church Headquarters gave the charge in a sermon during the Light Impact Church National youth conference with the theme ” Rebirth” which took place at the church National headquarters located Adegoke Bus stop, Orita Challenge, Ibadan.
Pastor Banke said God created man in his image and likeness, and that by living clean lives “He will always respond to our cry whenever we call on him”.
She made it known to the youths that sex before marriage will destroy them including the future of the marriage and sometimes scatter the relationship alongside.
Taking her text message from Ecclesiastes 11:7 the woman of God also warned Christian youths to do away with the abominable act of committing abortions, as such activities can act as a hindrance to their successes.
Mrs. Taiwo Bello stated that one of the rationales behind Late marriages is as a result of delays in attending to success at an early stage.
She called on the youth to think fast and settled better for their lives before going for a life partner.
According to her “Somebody that sin with you can sin against you” therefore it is expected that the youths while in their various relationships stay out of sexual immorality.
She called on Light Impact youth and their counterparts in the Nation to believe in God and stand firm in him as that is the only way for a brighter tomorrow.
In his sermon, the General oversee of light Impact Church Rev. Taiwo Bello urged the youths to note that the incentive of honor is controlling their bodies in purity.
It is a matter of honor either being honored by the community or showing honor to your wife and other women, or to your husband and other men. He called on the youths that Sexual purity is the honorable thing to do.
He said it is mandatory for the youths to make God their priority in all their endeavors and by so doing will be a guarantee of miraculous recovery and landing in their future.
He prayed for the enablement and grace with competent decision that will abide by the youth against immoralities and vice versa.
Interestingly the conference features drama, talked show, dance presentation, Choir ministration, question and answer section, and lots more to mark the 2020 Light Impact Church youth conference.
