Obaseki’s Prominent Aide Resigns From Office, Joins Ize-iyamu

By Chinenye Festus:-
There has been a lot of defection in the Governor Obaseki’s camp as another of his top aide, Agatha Onos, his senior special assistant on gender, has resigned and joined the camp of Pastor Osagie Ize-Iyamu, the APC’s gubernatorial candidate in the state.
In a letter to the governor that confirms her latest decision, Onos said that the move was born out of loyalty to her party and has nothing to do with personal interest.

The letter read: “After wide consultation with my supporters, I hereby write to inform you of my decision to resign my appointment as a senior special assistant to the governor
“This is coming as a result of my loyalty to party All Progressives Congress (APC) through which I got the appointment. My party interest is greater than my personal interest.
“I want to use this opportunity to thank Mr Governor Godwin Obaseki for the privilege to serve in his administration.”
