Baale Ayeigun Oleyo of Ibadan, Alahaji Chief Olajide Kabiru has applauded the efforts of Oyo State Governor Engr. Seyi Makinde and the Chairman Oyo State independent electoral Commission Aare Isiaka Olagunju for conducting what he described as free, fair and credible election of Local Government Council which took place on Saturday 22nd, May 2021.
Chief Olajide Kabiru who is also the Chairman Oyo State saw-miller Timber and planks contractors while addressing Journalist after the election noted that the OYSIEC has fulfilled their promised to conducting a violence free election, adding that the just conclude council poll in the state was the first Local Government election without blood shed.
He said with this development in the state it has speak voluminously that Governor makinde has designed abundance for the people of Oyo State.
Alahaji Kabiru also commended the conscientious activities of the security men for their total cooperation which has helped OYSIEC to hold peaceful election in respective local Government Areas of the state without mayhem’s and other crisis that would have interrupted the electioneering activities.
He call d on the people to continue giving their unflinching supports on the current administration in the state ably lead by Engr. Seyi Makinde to encouraged him achieve more for the betterment of Oyo people.
