… APC, others reject result, may head to court

The people’s Democratic party PDP Oyo State has won the 33 local government areas of Oyo state following the announcement from Independent Electoral Commission (OYSIEC) declaring the PDP candidate winners of the election.
OYSIEC Chairman, Aare Isiaka Olagunju (SAN), the Commissioner of Police in the state, Adebola Hamzat and other security agencies in the state applauded conduct of the poll, describing it as free, fair, credible and violence-free election.
However, the main opposition party in the state,All Progressives Congress (APC) in the state and other oppositions faulted the conduct of the council poll, describing it shameful , stage manage, capable of causing the state untold disrepute if allowed to stand.
