The unbeatable performance of the Deputy Chairman on communications in the house of representative Reps Unyime Idem to his Constituency has continue yielding positive response from the entire people and has germinated enormous good will messages from the political players of Ukanafun Oruk Anam federal constituency.
This time the Ukanafun legislative Council has vehemently pass a votes of confidence on the federal house member Reps Unyime Idem for his unprecedented achievements in just two years in office.
In a motion sponsored by the leader of the house Hon Abasiyangaowo Obot reiterated the performance of the federal lawmaker, who, within his first two years in the National Assembly has sponsored a total of 16 bills, 13 motions and has co-sponsored several other bills and motions.
The council lawmakers also counted in their motion that the Deputy Chairman on communications house Committee in the house of representative has also facilitated the construction of 1000 seater capacity vocational skills center in the federal constituency, 1000 seater agricultural skills centre, entrepreneurial skills, 4 digital learning centres in the rural schools, class room blocks in six different schools, the monumental investment in Education an human capital development. This is unconnected with the immense empowerment packages that turned some persons in the federal constituency to car owners, tricycles and lots of life touching empowerment projects. According to the council Lawmakers, such a miraculous performance has never been witness before in the federal constituency.
They declared an unfailing support for the continuity and life touching programs that has already liberated the people of the federal constituency from poverty.
The motion tagged “Jink breaking performance” sponsored by the leader of the house Hon Abasiyangaowo Obot representing ward 4 and others equally make references in conjunction with the Akwa Ibom State local Government administration law 2017 part 2 section 20, declare total supports for Reps Unyime Idem’s continuity and for a completion agenda in 2023.
The councilors called on the people of the Ukanafun to throw their 2023 weight behind Reps Idem who is equally an industrious son of the area, to encourage him do more to salvage the people from hardship and unemployment.
They legislators promised to stand with their senior colleague at the the National Assembly, Reps Idem to succeed beyond 2023.
