Christians have been warned to desist from evil practices against their neighbours.
The General oversea of Word Tabernacle Ministry in Uyo Akwa Ibom State capital Pastor Daniel Idem made this admonishing in what he called a power pack Sunday service.
Speaking on the theme BLESSING and PEACE, his message driven from John 14:27 , the preacher made it known that a peaceful life is a gift from God hence there is a need for believers of Christ to emulates Christ virtues let nothing bother or take the Christ-like life away from them.
The General overseer reiterated that worldly peace is on a conditional basis and can never be compared to that of our Lord and savior.
To endorse his point pastor Daniel took his listeners to Galatians 5:23, Matthew 5:9 and explained that God is interested in those who live a peaceful life in the society.
He charged his congregation to always entrust their hope and faith in God irrespective of the circumstances, take your burdens to Jesus everything you prayed for as recorded in mark gospel 11:24.
He maintains that when they are at peaceful coexistence and relationship with their neighbours the rewards of joy always dwelled among them.
The prosperity preacher while pouring blessings on his congregations also called on them to exercise faith with fervent prayers and wait patiently upon the Lord.
