The need for the indigenous people of biafra IPOB and the entire people of the Eastern region of Igbo nation to restrategiesed their agitations for freedom and independent has once again been emphsized.
The Chairman electrical and telecommunications dealers association ETDA in Ibadan Mr. Henry Okeke stated this during his interaction with Newsieevents, said since the original intention of IPOB to agitated for their independence has been hijacked therefore need to find difference channel to display their views should be considered.
Disturbed by the negative implications of the sit-at-home directive of the Indigenous People of Biafra, IPOB, inthe South-East zone, and Nigeria, Mr. Okeke advocated for a mellow down of action.
Noting that east is the economic live wire of the Southern part. He said the Monday’s sit-at home locked down has created untold disastrous chain reactions and catastrophe for the Igbo.”
Mr. Okeke said the sit at home ideology in the east has brought more devastating situation than imagined, if it continues like, this very soon it will escalate to the unimaginable and unexpected and it is the Southeast that will still face the consequences.
Since the original intention of this struggle has been jettison, it is important to seek response from the international authorities and that is better than causing more harmful problems to ourselves at the expense of trying to secure freedom.
